- All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
- All packages and package contents are non-transferable.
- The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
- VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry.
- VIP merchandise will be shipped directly to each package purchaser; some exceptions may apply.
- VIP merchandise will not be shipped outside of Singapore under any circumstances. VIP merchandise purchased by customers whose Country of Residence is not Singapore will be distributed on-site at the show or at an alternative local location. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CONTACTED APPROXIMATELY TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW DATE WITH ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE COLLECTION DETAILS
- Delivery of VIP merchandise can occur after event date. Please make sure to consider this before you decide to purchase a package.
- Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for shipping and individual contact requirements where applicable. Any changes must be done BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2023 in your Ticketmaster Account in order for the changes to be in effect.
- The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of initial purchase.
- All fans are responsible for keeping their tickets and purchase information safe. Transferring or sharing of tickets and/or ticket purchase information, intentional or otherwise, does not guarantee the validity of the tickets with no refunds possible.

- Ticket Pricing excludes Booking Fee. Booking Fee is as follows:
- $20 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced above $500
- $10 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $301 and $500
- $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $1 and $300
